A NUMBER of people have been hit with fines at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court for breaching Covid-19 rules.

The cases have only came to court this month, but date back to January this year.

  • Geri Pearson, 22, of Hunters Park Avenue, Clayton, Bradford, was fined £1,760, ordered to pay a £176 victim surcharge and £90 costs for, at Rawtenstall in Lancashire, being a person living in the Tier 4 area of, Bradford, without reasonable excuse and other than as permitted by the regulations, left the place where you were living, namely Hunters Park Avenue Clayton, Bradford, on January 13, 2021.
  • Lyndsey Decosta Lewis, 45, was fined £200, ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge for participating in gathering of more than two people in public outdoor place in tier 4 area, at Morley Street, Bradford, on March 27, 2021.
  • Claudia Daniels, 21, of Yateholm Drive, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in a gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, in Bridge Street, Bradford, on January 16, 2021.
  • Sharon Kenny, 52, of Halifax Road, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs for participating in gathering of two or more people in private dwelling/indoors in tier 4 area, at Buttershaw Lane, Bradford, on January 23, 2021.
  • Damian Ciuron, 36, of Parsonage Road, Bradford, was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs for being a person living in tier 4 area, leave/were outside of place where living, without reasonable excuse on January 13, 2021.
