POLICE want help identifying a suspect over a violent robbery at a shop in Leeds last year.
At 1.56pm on August 21, 2020, a man entered the Londis convenience store, in Woodhouse, and secreted packets of steak and jars of coffee in his jacket before leaving the shop.
When challenged outside by the owner and two members of staff, he sprayed them with a canister of pepper spray before running off.
Officers had been pursuing specific lines of enquiry in relation to the incident but those enquiries have now concluded without identifying the suspect.
Anyone who recognises the man in the image is asked to contact PC 6671 Cavalier via 101 quoting crime reference 13200421660 or online via www.westyorkshire.police.uk/101livechat
Information can be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
