A MAN has been jailed for 40 weeks for entering Bradford city centre with intent to steal in breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Imran Khan, 46, of no fixed address, was locked up by Bradford and Keighley magistrates after he admitted attempting to enter as a trespasser a building in Tyrrel Street with intent to steal on July 6.
Khan also admitted breaching the Criminal Behaviour Order on the same day by going into Bradford city centre when he was prohibited from doing so by the court.
The magistrates found that he had a flagrant disregard for people and their property and had failed to comply with requirements of post custodial sentence supervision.
