A BUS service to Bradford from Halifax was disrupted when a lamp post fell on the road.
At around 8.30am, regarding its 681 service First West Yorkshire tweeted: "Due to a fallen lamp post, Godley Lane is blocked. We will be terminating at Stone Chair roundabout outbound. Trips towards Bradford will begin from Newlands Grove."
A short time later, First West Yorkshire tweeted the following update: "We will now be diverting via Denholme Gate Rd/Queensbury Rd in both directions (576 route)."
