A man who stole a television set and bathroom furnishings from a Bradford hotel has been sentenced to a community order.
Jason Ryan, 51, of Laisteridge Lane, Bradford, admitted entering The Westleigh Hotel, on Easby Road, as a trespasser and making off with the £600 TV set on March 1.
He was back two days later to steal bathroom furnishings worth £440.
Ryan also admitted entering a manager’s office at Costa Coffee on The Broadway, Bradford, on May 29 with intent to steal.
He was ordered by Bradford and Keighley magistrates to obey a three month electronically monitored curfew order, undergo a drug rehabilitation requirement and perform up to 25 rehabilitation activity days.
He must also pay £600 compensation to the hotel.
