POLICE have released an image of a motorbike that was stolen during a robbery in Cleckheaton last week.

At around 11.40pm on 15 July, a motorcyclist was travelling along Hunsworth Lane when he was approached by two unknown men who were travelling in a black estate car, as he stopped at a red light.

He was then assualted by the men, as they pushed him off his bike, before they rode off on it towards Whitechapel Road.

The man was not seriously injured during the incident. 

The motorbike is described a black and yellow Sym Wolf, with the registration YG14UHP.

Officers are keen to identify the three individuals who were travelling in the black estate car around the time of the incident, as they may be able to assist with enquiries. 

One man who got out the vehicle was described as wearing a light grey hoodie, around 6ft tall with dark hair and aged in his 20s. 

The second man who got out the car is described as wearing a hooded top, around 6ft tall and also in his 20s.

The third person remained in the vehicle during the robbery and followed the motorcycle onto Whitechapel Road.
