A BRADFORD man feels more people should get involved in gardening to enjoy the "relaxing" and "therapeutic" nature of the hobby.

BD5 resident Mohammed Javed has been doing up his small private garden for the past decade.

As the pictures show, Muhammed uses a variety of flowers to brighten up his space in the summer months.

He thinks more people, especially men, should follow in his footsteps by participating in the rewarding activity.

He said: "Each summer my small private garden comes alive!

"The garden is blossoming with splashes of colour and beautiful flowers. This year it looks even better!

"I think more men should get into gardening. It's so relaxing and therapeutic."
