IN March 2019, former Saltaire Cricket Club captain Micheal Eglin sadly passed away, and Saltaire's current squad are eager to win the title for him.
Saltaire currently sit at the summit of the Airedale & Wharfedale Senior Cricket League, and there is optimism around the camp, that this year could be their year.
The Bradford club's rivals Otley, continue to chase them down, and after they were defeated by the former in a recent fixture, pressure is building, as Saltaire look to pick up a victory this weekend against Rawdon.
Despite the recent surge from Otley, captain Usman Munir spoke of his side's desire to earn the title, and admitted that there is an added incentive to win it.
