A HOMELESS man has been sentenced to a community order for harassing a woman in Bradford city centre.
Liam Bulpitt, 44, of no fixed address, was sentenced by Bradford and Keighley magistrates for the offence committed on April 28 at the arches (pictured) on Cheapside, on the approach to Forster Square rail station from the direction of the Midland Hotel.
He also admitted being in breach of a conditional discharge for criminal damage.
Bulpitt is banned from the city’s Forster Square area except to obtain free meals from a homeless food organisation twice a week.
He must undertake a rehabilitation activity requirement, pay £100 compensation and a £95 surcharge.
The arches have been a problem area for anti-social activities over the years.
