A MAN has been charged with the murder of a teenager who was found dead in an abandoned car.
A PCSO found the body of Najeebullah Nekzad, 19, who was from Ashton-under-Lyne, on August 31, 2019 in a grey Fiat Punto.
The discovery was made near the old Nont Sarah's Hotel on New Hey Road, in the Scammonden area of Huddersfield.
Today, West Yorkshire Police said Gol Zazai, 29, of Albemarle Terrace, Ashton-under-Lyne, had been charged with murder.
He is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court tomorrow (July 1).
