A BRADFORD man who pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of whiskey from a shop has been fined for breaching an order and committing a further theft offence while on conditional discharge.
Adriano Cangi, 34, of Hallfield Road, Bradford, pleaded guilty to stealing one bottle of Jameson whiskey worth £20 from the Food Warehouse, on Manningham Lane, on March 8 of this year.
The court took his guilty plea taken into account when imposing sentence, as Cangi also admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed at Bradford Magistrates Court on January 5, 2021, for an offence of theft - shoplifting.
Cangi admitted to the breach in court on May 12 and was fined £120.
He also has to pay a £34 surcharge and costs of £85, making the total he has to pay £239.
He was told by the court to play £20 per month beginning on June 9.
