Where Bradford ranks among the noisiest places to live in the UK
BRADFORD has ranked as the second noisiest place in the UK, according to a study.
Research by Currys PC World has revealed what noises bug British people the most highlighting the most disrupted activities, the loudest places to live in the UK and, on the opposite side, the most relaxing sounds.
The city of Coventry scored the highest on Numbeo’s noise and light pollution index with a score of 67.5 out of 100 (with 100 representing the worst level of noise and light pollution).
This was followed by Bradford (65.52) and Portsmouth (65).
Bradford was also ranked as the noisiest city in Yorkshire and the Humber in the study.
