A MAN has been arrested by police investigating the attempted abduction of a child in a ginnel near a park last week.
He was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of attempted kidnap, in relation to an incident which occurred on Friday morning involving an 11-year-old girl, in the walkway which runs between Rossefield Avenue, Rossefield Place and McLaren Fields in Bramley, Leeds.
The man remains in custody today and detectives are continuing to carry out enquiries into the incident.
