A MISSING person requiring medical treatment was found by members of the Holme Valley Rescue team last night after they were called to assist in the search by West Yorkshire Police.
A spokesman for HVMRT said: "Yesterday (Saturday) at 9pm HVMRT was called to assist West Yorkshire Police with the search for a missing person on Black Hill, near Holmfirth.
"Mountain rescue team personnel located the person near the summit and administrated treatment to stabilise their condition. A speedy evacuation from the hilltop was carried out while MRT UK medics continued to administer treatment and monitoring.
"The casualty was ahnded to Yorkshire Ambulance paramedics for transter to hospital.
"The team was debriefed and decontaminated just after midnight.
"All at Holme Valley Mountain Rescue wish the casualty well."
