PEOPLE are being warned to be on their guard against a Covid-19 digital passport scam.

The Neighbourhood Watch network sent out an alert, urging people to be vigilant.

It said: "You may receive an email which looks similar to the one shown.

"Clicking on the link takes you to a convincing but fake NHS website that asks for personal and payment details (for an admin fee).

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

"The website has since been taken down, however, as with many scams of this nature, there will be others."

The network reiterated that vaccination status is obtained for free on the app or by calling the NHS on 119.
