THE death of a man whose body was pulled from the water at Shipley is being treated as non-suspicious.
Emergency services were called to Dockfield Road, Shipley, at around 10.20am last Thursday.
West Yorkshire Police confirmed that the body of a man had been found in the Leeds-Liverpool Canal. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The West Yorkshire Police are now treating the death as "non-suspicious" and have said it will be a matter for the Coroner to decide at an inquest.
A police spokesperson said: "This has been established as a non-suspicious death and will be a matter for the Coroner."
