A MOPED that was found in a communal bin area in the Bradford East area has been confirmed as stolen by police.
The West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team tweeted yesterday: "We've managed to speak with the owner this afternoon who confirmed it had been stolen overnight and they hadn't noticed yet. Will be checked over by CSI before being returned."
The Steerside team had earlier tweeted: "Thanks to a member of public who provided the information regarding this moped in Bradford East. Found in a communal bin area with no VRM and had been ‘hot wired’. It has been recovered suspected stolen."
