Two men accused of setting fire to the Alhambra Theatre in Bradford city centre had their trial date set at Bradford Crown Court during a brief hearing today.
Ian Manning, 34, of Nottingham Street, off Dick Lane, Thornbury, Bradford, and Ricky Stewart, 23, of North Marine Road, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, are charged with committing arson at the theatre on January 17 last year and doing £22,500 damage.
Judge Jonathan Rose set a trial date of January 17 next year for the case to be heard at Bradford Crown Court.
The theatre (pictured) is a Grade II listed building owned by Bradford Council.
It is recognisable for its large domed turret with giant-paired Corinthian columns.
