FOR the second year in a row, Skipton Building Society has been named in the top ten best big companies to work for.
The building society placed seventh in the highly acclaimed list of companies and businesses in the 25 Best Big Companies to Work For, rising from the eighth place awarded in 2020.
The result comes following a survey compiled by the Best Companies, which was answered by Skipton colleagues, with the results generating a score which decides the overall placement in the list.
In addition to its title as one of the Best Big Companies to Work For, Skipton has received a three-star accreditation from Best Companies.
