THERE were no further Covid-19 deaths recorded today in the Bradford district’s hospitals for the second day in a row.
It means the number of Covid deaths in the district’s hospitals remains at 891 - 629 at Bradford Teaching Hospitals, 260 at Airedale and two at Bradford District Care Trust.
Across England a further six deaths were recorded today, one of which occurred at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust which has now seen 504 fatalities from Covid-19.
Five of the deaths occurred on Monday, with one happening on May 11.
It means the total number of Covid-19 hospital deaths in England is now 87,149.
In the Bradford district, there were 11 people in hospital with Covid as of May 18, with four on ventilators.
