A MAN arrested on suspicion of arson following a house fire at Haworth remains in police custody this morning.
The 20-year-old man is being held by West Yorkshire Police after the blaze at Mill Hey on Saturday evening.
Emergency services were called to the property shortly before 6.30pm.
Crews from Keighley, Bingley, Illingworth and Bradford fire stations – plus an aerial appliance from Halifax – attended.
The blaze had started in the roof space.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service – which sent two ambulances and a clinical supervisor to the scene – says one person was taken to Airedale Hospital, but there were no details of the person's injuries.
Investigations by Bradford District CID are ongoing.
