TWO people were sent to hospital after a collision on Stanningley Bypass (A647) caused a car to land on its roof.
Three ambulances, a clinical supervisor and an air ambulance were dispatched to the scene after the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust (YAA) received an emergency call at 8.35pm on Monday night (May 11).
The major bypass, near the Owlcotes Asda store and Marks & Spencer, was closed for police investigation after the crash.
The westbound carriageway was shut between Richardshaw Lane (Stanningley) and Dawsons Corner (Farsley).
Police have been approached for a comment.
