A SUTTON-in-Craven man is to appear before Bradford Crown Court to face a charge of being in ‘possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence’ towards three other people.
Making his first appearance at Skipton Magistrates’ Court today (Friday), Robert Tosney, 27, of North View, Bridge Road, gave a no plea indication.
The alleged offence relates to an air pistol which Tosney is charged with being in possession of in North View, Sutton-in-Craven, on December 11 last year.
He is to appear for a pre-trial preparation hearing at Bradford Crown Court on June 4 at 10am.
He was given unconditional bail to appear at that date.
