A GROUP of football crazy adults and children got to live out their dreams of playing at the home of Bradford City.

Day on the Pitch, an event for five to 13 year olds, included football camps fun at Valley Parade, although it was a bit different to recent years as spectators weren't allowed into the ground the young people had hours of fun playing like the pros.

The Bradford City FC Community Foundation-run camp was brought to an end with a visit from mascot Billy Bantam who joined in a penalty shoot-out.

Bradford City defender Anthony O’Connor also appeared, taking part in a question and answer session with the children.
