VOTERS have until 10pm this evening (Thursday) to take part in Craven District Council and North Yorkshire County Council by-elections.
Also taking place is the North Yorkshire police, fire and crime commissioner election and some parish council elections.
By-elections are taking place in the Craven District Council seats of Barden Fell and Penyghent, and in the Ribblesdale division of North Yorkshire County Council.
Normal elections to both councils have been suspended because of the Government consultation into local government reorganisation.
All-out Pendle Council elections, as well as Lancashire County Council and police and crime commissioner elections, are taking place as normal, as the area is not undergoing local government reorganisation.
Those going to polling stations are being asked to wear a face covering, take their own pen or pencil, use the available hand sanitiser and keep a safe distance.
Counting will take place tomorrow (Friday).
