LIVE music is set to make a welcome return to Settle in June with folk duo Belshazzar’s Feast.

Described as ‘wickedly inventive and beloved’ the duo, Paul Sartin, on oboe, violin, swanee whistle and vocals; and accordion player, Paul Hutchinson, will - if everything goes to plan - appear at Victoria Hall in an outside, Covid secure performance on June 9.

The acclaimed musicians have entertained audiences across the UK, Australia and beyond with their their ‘eclectic and eccentric mix of tunes, songs and humour that sends audiences home with a smile’.

Audiences can look forward to a collection of songs and tunes; including classical, pop, music-hall and traditional folk music, all laced with the duo’s wry humour.

The socially-distanced, Covid-secure show will take place on an outdoor stage at the hall’s Victoria’s Refreshment Gardens.

The show, on June 9, will start at 7.30pm. To book tickets, go to:www.settlevictoriahall.org.uk/eventsandshows/belshazzars-feast.
