POLICE were called after graffiti was sprayed on a sign in front of Haworth Medical Practice over the weekend.
The message appears to target the GPs with the words: "Our GPs are inept" and the obscuring of part of the sign to read "Haworth Malpractice".
The vandals also sprayed the word "cowards" over the street name.
Haworth Medical Practice, run by Modality Partnership, was last inspected in 2016 by the Care Quality Commission which found the service "good" across all areas.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: "Police were called on May 4 to a report graffiti had been sprayed on signs outside a building on Heathcliffe Mews in Haworth.
"The incident is believed to have occurred overnight between May 1 and May 2.
"A crime of criminal damage has been recorded and anyone who has information should contact the Keighley NPT on 101 referencing crime number 13210218918."
The medical practice has been contacted for a comment.
