SIR - Re the T&A April 23 headline 'Iconic Building saved at last'.
I am so pleased to see the fabulous transformation and re-birth of the Conditioning House, one of Bradford's finest and most unique buildings. Congratulations to Nathan Priestley, the founder and chief executive officer of Priestley Homes, for seeing its potential in setting about carefully restoring the building that will provide high specification modern living for the 21st century.
I am not surprised that the project collected an award for best residential development in Yorkshire at the 2018/19 UK Property Awards, years before its completion. It was pleasing to hear that Bradford Civic Society is in awe of the regeneration, in saying: 'It's refreshing to see such quality.'
I would imagine that the open day due to take place will have stimulated great interest and seen many attendees keen on purchasing one of the building's modern apartments.
