THREE further arrests have been made following the murder of a man in Bradford.

Muhammed Mujahid Hussain, 19, died from a single knife wound after being stabbed following disorder in Duckworth Lane on Thursday night into Friday morning.

Three men, all aged 25, have been arrested today; one for violent disorder and two for assisting an offender.

All three remain in police custody at this time, a West Yorkshire Police spokesman said.

Four males appeared at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court today charged with various offences.

Hashim Sajjad, 19, of Wheatlands Crescent, Bradford, has been charged with murder and attempt section 18 wounding.

The other three males charged with attempt section 18 wounding are a 16-year-old and two 17-year-olds who cannot be named for legal reasons.

They have all been remanded in custody and will next appear at Bradford Crown Court on Friday, April 30.
