A MAN suffered minor injuries after crashing into a lamp post at Apperley Bridge this morning.
Police responded to the accident on Apperley Lane after receiving a call at 9.59am.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "A single vehicle (black Corsa) had left the road and collided with a lamp post. No other vehicles were involved.
"The driver, a 19-year-old man, suffered minor injuries.
"The car was causing an obstruction resulting in tailbacks."
