POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an assault which left a woman with injuries at the weekend.
The incident happened in Keighley Road, Illingworth, close to the Kwai Hing Chinese takeaway, between 10.30am and 11am on Saturday, April 10,
The woman suffered minor injuries, and police are now asking for people who witnessed the incident to come forward to assist the investigation.
Anyone who witnessed the assault, or who has any information which can assist in the investigation, are asked to call police on 101, quoting crime reference number 13210176149.
