PARKING will be suspended on the main road through Saltaire tomorrow as filming for the hit BBC show Gentleman Jack gets underway.
Part of the iconic Salts Mill has been turned into an old street scene for the second series of the show.
It includes a pub, tailors and a chemist. The award-winning drama, created by Sally Wainwright, which follows the life of 19th century landowner Anne Lister, has also been filming in Halifax and York.
This notice has been posted on Victoria Road in the village and comes into force at midnight.
Suranne Jones returns as Anne Lister in the BBC series, co-produced with HBO. Bradford-born actor Timothy West is also among the cast for the series.
It is the second time the district has been used as a backdrop for this new series after scenes were filmed at Haworth Moor's Penistone Country Park in February.
