TWO lanes have been closed on the M62 due to a collision involving two lorries and a car near Bradford this morning.
Highways England tweeted: "The M62 westbound J27 (Gildersome M621 Leeds) to J26 (ChainBar Bradford M606) two lanes have been closed due to a collision."
Traffic officers and West Yorkshire Police's Road Policing Unit responded to the scene and it was said that "congestion building on the approach".
According to a more recent tweet: "The M62 westbound entry slip from Gelderd Road roundabout at J27 (Gildersome M621 Leeds) is currently closed due to this collision."
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said the damage only collision involved two lorries and one car.
