A MAN is to stand trial accused of using or threatening unlawful violence in a Bradford park almost five years ago.
Mohammed Yaseen Miah, 26, of Heath Terrace, Bradford Moor, appeared before Bradford Crown Court this morning.
He is charged with using or threatening unlawful violence when present together with others, being three or more persons in total, who used or threatened unlawful violence in Attock Park, Rufford Street, on August 23, 2016.
Miah’s barrister, Balbir Singh, asked for arraignment not to take place today.
A trial lasting up to two weeks was fixed for October 18.
Judge Jonathan Rose enlarged Miah’s bail until that date.
