BRADFORD is one of the best places in the UK to get a vegan takeaway, according to a new study.
Just in time for the reopening of alfresco dining, research from Garden of Life has revealed the UK cities with the most vegan takeaway options, as well as the highest rated cities for vegan takeaways.
Bradford is the third best city in then UK to get a vegan takeaway, with 68 restaurants offering vegan dishes per 100,000 people.
The study also found Bradford has a total of 1,291 restaurants offering takeaway, with 241 of these offering vegan takeaway options.
Topping the list for the number of vegan takeaways per population is Brighton and Hove with 89 restaurants per 100,000 people offering vegan takeaway options.
Coming closely in second place is Edinburgh, with 88 restaurants per 100,000 people offering vegan takeaway options.
Leeds was fourth with 62 restaurants offering vegan takeaways and Bournemouth fifth with 55.
