THERE’S a reason why Bradford is the world’s first UNESCO city of film.
The district is home to some iconic buildings and scenic backdrops which attract producers and directors from all over the country.
Hollywood legends such as Colin Firth and Cillian Murphy have walked Bradford’s streets and starred in some of the most notable movies and television shows of recent years.

Most recently, Kay Mellor’s BAFTA-award-winning BBC drama, The Syndicate, was filmed across Bradford.
Throughout its four seasons, many scenes in The Syndicate were shot in the Bradford district as well as other parts of Yorkshire, such as Leeds.
