WE all know how difficult it can be to sell or buy a house.

Some properties fly off the market and the latest data from Zoopla suggests Yorkshire and the Humber is currently the joint-fastest moving market in the UK, with sales agreed on properties in an average of just 38 days from the point of listing.

However, other properties can be listed for months or years at a time- even if they are beautiful places to live with no obvious faults.

We have tracked down some of the oldest property listings in Bradford- each of which has something special to offer any prospective buyers- one of them could even be your next dream home.

James Hart, sales director at Robert Watts Estate Agents, even suggests that these houses could be the key to nabbing a cheaper home.

He said: “If you are looking for a bargain or want something off the asking price you need to look at houses that have been on the market for the longest.

“The newest houses on might attract more buyers- and it will be harder to get a house for less than the asking price.”

Here are five Bradford homes that have been listed on the Zoopla website for the longest:

Ewart Street
Asking price: £90,000

This affordable four bedroom home was first listed for sale back in 2018.

In January 2019, an impressive £10,000 was knocked off the initial asking price.

However, the property has a lot of promise and could be a great starter home for any families.

After some renovation, it could also be the perfect scoop for potential investors.

In October of last year, the price was reduced by £995.
