A LISTED city centre building will go to auction next month.
Glyde House on Little Horton Lane was originally due to go under the hammer last week, but the listing was postponed.
The listing has now been moved to an online Pugh Property auction, which will be held on April 21.
The building will have a guide price of £95,000.
Houses owned by Bradford Council sold at auction - with one doubling guide price
Grade II listed Glyde House was build as a chapel school in the 1860s, but has more recently been used as a offices, event space and bar.
It is next to the Glydegate complex of former nightclubs - which was last year converted into a church.
The property, a short distance from the National Science and Media Museum, is held on a 99 year lease lease from 1995 subject to an annual ground rent of £25,000.
