NO Covid-19-related hospital deaths have been reported by hospitals in the Bradford district today.
This means the number of hospital deaths in the district stands at 860 - Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has seen 599 deaths, while there have been 259 at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.
The number at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust remains at two.
Nationally, the deaths of 73 people who tested positive for Covid-19 were announced, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 86,053.
Patients were aged between 34 and 101 years old. All except five, aged between 60 and 86 years, had known underlying health conditions.
Dates of death range from March 30, 2020, to March 24, 2021, with the majority being after March 18, 2021.
These figures are updated at 2pm each day and include confirmed death cases reported at 4pm the previous day.
NHS England says: "Confirmation of Covid-19 diagnosis, death notification, death certificates and reporting in central figures can take up to several days and the hospitals providing the data are under significant operational pressure.
"This means that the totals reported at 4pm on each day may not include all deaths that occurred on that day or on recent prior days."
