PARENTS and children in Cullingworth are being asked to "remain vigilant" after reports that a man approached two school students and asked them to get in his car over the weekend.
In an email sent to parents, Parkside School said that two Year 7 boys were approached by a man "in his forties" on Saturday.
He asked them to get in his car, but they refused to do so. The school confirmed that the boys are now "safe" and were not harmed in the incident.
The police were contacted, while there were later reports that the same man also approached a girl in the area.
The man is described as a white male, and was driving a "grey/silver Toyota Yaris", Parkside School said.
