A WOMAN had to be freed when her car overturned on a Thackley road on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the overturned car on Leeds Road, between the Cote Farm estate and Thackley Corner, at around 5pm.
A spokesman from Bradford Fire Station said: "The car flipped and rolled completely over before coming to rest on its side.
"A lady was trapped in the car. Her seatbelt was holding her in place but we needed to cut the roof off and we assisted her in getting out.
"She was conscious and breathing but the ambulance service did a precautionary check up and she was then taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary."
He added that were two cars involved in the collision, but one was stationary and parked at the side of the road.
Crews from Bradford Fire Station and Rawdon Fire Station responded to the scene, in addition to the police and ambulance service.
The incident is being investigated by police.
