A DRIVER in Bradford "didn't see anything wrong" with using a car which had a smashed windscreen.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit (RPU) stopped a black vehicle today which was being driven around despite the fact the windscreen was smashed, which was obscuring visibility.
There looked to be a hole in the windscreen, on the driver's side, and around this, the glass was completely cracked, spreading slightly beyond the passenger's side.
A view from inside the car showed it was almost impossible to see out of the vehicle when driving due to the damage.
There also looked to be small shards of glass littered across the dashboard.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "The driver didn’t see anything wrong with driving around with his vehicle in this state."
The vehicle was prohibited and the officers reported the driver.
