A RAPPER from Bradford says he is pleased to show the city in a positive light after his song has proved a smash hit on YouTube.

Fusion, who is based in Heaton, has seen his hit Cha Sha receive more than 500,000 views to date on the online video streaming service.

Cha Sha features an unusual subject for a rap song; the latest trend of tea drinking.

The video was shot in Bradford and directed by Akash Musik and Feroze, and captures the multi-culturalism the city has to offer.

Warning: The Cha Sha video features content some might find offensive:

It was filmed at locations including the Vanilla Rooms in Leeds Road and at Chaaye Paani in Little Horton Lane. The Chai Company, based on City Road, is also featured in the video.

The music video features actress Nisha Aaliya, who also appeared in the Netflix movie, The Girl on the Train.

Wass x Irfy, a Bradford comedy duo and Tik Tok stars, also feature in the video.

The song, which was first released in December last year by VIP Records, has proved an online smash after being played on BBC Asian Network's playlist for the last four weeks.
