ANOTHER disqualified driver has been taken off the roads of Bradford thanks to Operation Steerside.
Operation Steerside was set-up by West Yorkshire Police in 2016 to crack down on law-flouting motorists.
It initially focused on enforcement against the so-called ‘fatal four’ – speeding, not wearing a seatbelt, drink and drug driving and using a mobile phone at the wheel – but its area of work has expanded.
The driver of this BMW was stopped in the Little Horton area where he reportedly made a "full and frank admission".
A spokesperson for the force said it "Made it a lot quicker and meant he was off on his way (on foot) sooner."
The vehicle was seized with the driver reported to court.
