THESE are the major crime incidents that have hit Bradford over the past week.

From a cannabis farm to arson and Covid breaches, there has been a variety of offences committed by Bradford's criminal underclass in the last seven days.

Here is a round up of some of the biggest incidents police have dealt with.

£1 million cannabis farm

Police uncovered a major two-storey drugs factory in Shipley on Thursday, which contained cannabis plants with a value of £1 million.

A thermal camera was used to uncover the illegal operation, and one man has been arrested.

'Little brats' pelt buses with stones

A Councillor was incensed on Tuesday after buses had to be diverted from Holme Wood following vandalism and attacks on buses on the estate.

It was the latest in a string of vandalism incidents, and Cllr Alan Wainwright said parents needed to "take responsibility for their little brats' behaviour".

Tow truck arson

On Sunday night, a tow truck was set alight in Holme Wood and police are treating the incident as arson.

It took 15 minutes for fire crews to get the blaze under control.

Grandparents' illegal trip

On Tuesday, police fined a couple who were stopped in Keighley after travelling 180 miles from Buckinghamshire.

They had driven to Keighley to see their grandchildren, a flagrant breach of Covid regulations.
