SIR - Re Rudi Leavor's letter (T&A Letters, March 12). Yes Rudi, you are indeed correct, there was no payment to Harry and Meghan.
The only thing that they got was the opportunity to get over their point and publicity for their various ventures, something quite important on the other side of the pond.
What wasn’t mentioned though was Oprah’s fee, which I believe was £6.5m! And doesn’t she earn it, the looks of exclamation on her face. She is not only the Queen of Chat but also Meghan’s equal as an actress, sorry actor.
