IT'S been anything but a super Saturday for this driver after he was left with no wheels after being caught using his phone.
The man was driving through Heckmondwike this afternoon when he was spotted by PC Claire Gray using his phone while behind the wheel of his silver BMW.
Things went from bad to worse for the man when PC Gray conducted a quick check on the car which revealed it had not been taxed since November 2020.
The driver was reported and the car was seized by police.
Using a mobile phone while driving results in an automatic six penalty points and £200 fine, and if you've had your licence for less than two years, you will lose it.
You could also be taken to court and handed a £1,000 fine and driving ban.
Driving an untaxed car results in a fine.
