THE driver of a van that was supposed to be scrapped has been reported for numerous offences after being stopped by police in Bradford today.
The West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit tweeted: "This van was shown as scrapped, MOT expired and no tax. Turns out it was displaying false plates as well. The vehicle was seized and driver reported for numerous offences."
