A BRADFORD driver, who was stopped by police for not wearing a seatbelt, was reported to court after officers also found that he had not passed his test.
The driver of the Mitsubishi Evo was stopped by the Steerside Enforcement Team after he had "forgot" to put his seatbelt on, police said.
They then discovered that he also "forgot to pass his test or obtain insurance as well".
