A BRADFORD doctor has urged healthcare workers to have their Covid vaccine if they have not already done so.
Dr Amir Khan was reacting to a report which says 200,000 healthcare workers have yet to have the vaccine.
He says they should not fall for vaccine misinformation and should instead ‘do the right thing’ and have theirs.

Speaking on today’s ITV Lorraine programme, he said: “Health workers top of list for being able get vaccine. The vast majority have had theirs. I have had mine.
“200,000 still haven’t yet had vaccine, may have legitimate reasons.
“Some may have fallen prey to misinformation about vaccinations.
“We have seen the devastation this virus has caused, the death it causes. We have spoken to the families.
“Now this is our opportunity to get out of this awfulness really and we have worked so hard putting ourselves at risk.
“We've worked so hard on the frontline, putting ourselves at risk. Now we've got to do the right thing.
“Go forward and get the vaccine.”
